After hours appointments
Patients are seen by appointments only - unless it is an emergency.

Weekends
The office is open on Saturday 9:00 am until the last patient is seen (usually around 12:00 pm).

Weekdays
If there is an emergency, the office will see patients after 5:00 pm.

We are closed on Sundays and major holidays (Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day).

Weekends, holidays, and after hours appointments may have a different co-pay depending on your insurance company.

After hours phone calls
In case of an emergency and the office is closed, please call 877-514-0892. This number is answered by the nurses of our after-hours call center, Triage Logic.  There you can speak with a registered nurse specialized in pediatrics. If necessary, the nurse will page the on-call Bee Caves Pediatrics' doctor. There is a $22.00 fee for after-hours phone calls.
