Appointment Requests

Please call our office at (512) 328-7666 to make appointments.

During regular office hours, routine medical questions are handled by our experienced nursing staff. Read our staff bios to learn more about our wonderful nurses.

Our nurse triage system allows your questions to be addressed quickly. If your would like to speak directly to a doctor, we will contact you at the end of the business day when we have finished seeing our scheduled patients in the clinic. When calling the nursing staff, please have the following available:
- phone number to easily reach you
- pharmacy number
- your child’s temperature - a rectal temperature for infant’s under 3 months of age is preferred

After Hour Calls

In case of an emergency and the office is closed, please call (512) 324-3126. This number is answered by Dell Children’s triage system where you can speak with a registered nurse specialized in pediatrics. If necessary, the nurse will page the on-call Bee Caves Pediatrics’ doctor. There is a $20.00 fee for after hours calls.
