Bee Caves Pediatrics follows the guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics for routine well child immunizations and screening tests. Below is a list of our well child and immunization schedule. We recommend yearly well child checkups after 2 years of age.

One copy of your child’s vaccination record will be given to you. We encourage you to bring this copy with you each time your child receives a vaccination to update it for your records. There is a $5.00 charge for duplicate or faxed copies.
Please allow 24 hours to process forms such as: School Forms, Camp Forms, Day Care Forms, etc... There is a $5.00 charge to fill out any forms that are not brought at the time of the appointment.
If you would like to request a copy of your child's shot record or send a form for signature, you may send an email to frontdesk@beecavespediatrics.com.
Please be sure to include the child's name, date of birth, the fax number you would like the record to be sent, and a contact number for you.
