After hours phone calls

If your child has an emergency, please call 911. Otherwise, if the office is closed, and you would like to speak with a nurse, please call our after hours service at 512-548-0268.

 

This number is answered by the nurses of our after-hours call center, Triage Logic.  There you can speak with a registered nurse specialized in pediatrics. If necessary, the nurse will page the on-call Bee Caves Pediatrics doctor. There is a $27.00 fee for after-hours phone calls.

 

 

Inclement Weather/Phone Outage

In cases of severe weather and possibly dangerous driving conditions, we will contact you directly to reschedule your appointment; or please check our Facebook page for any unforeseen office closures.

 

 

Urgent Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only unless it is an emergency. Please call 911 if you believe your child is in imminent danger. Otherwise, call our office and we will get you in as soon as possible. 

 

 

Weekends

The office is open on Saturday from 9:00 AM until the last patient is seen (usually around 12:00 pm), only at our Austin office.

 

 

Weekdays

We're open from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or until the last patient is seen.

 

Holidays

We are closed on Sundays and major holidays (Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, July 4th, and Memorial Day).
