Medical Questions

During regular office hours, routine medical questions are handled by our experienced nursing staff. Our nurse triage system allows your questions to be addressed quickly. If you would like to speak directly to a doctor, we will contact you at the end of the business day when we have finished seeing our scheduled patients in the clinic. If you prefer, you can also send the doctor a message via the patient portal.

 

 

When calling the nursing staff, please have the following available:
 

• Phone number to easily reach you

• Pharmacy address and phone number

• Your child’s temperature - a rectal temperature for infant’s under 3 months of age is preferred

 

 

After Hour Calls

If the office is closed and you need to speak with a nurse, please call (512) 548-0268. This number is answered by the nurses of our after-hours call center, Triage Logic.  There you can speak with a registered nurse specialized in pediatrics. If necessary, the nurse will page the on-call Bee Caves Pediatrics doctor. There is a $25.00 fee for after-hours phone calls.

Inclement Weather/Phone Outage

In cases of severe weather and possibly dangerous driving conditions, we will contact you directly to reschedule your appointment; or please check our Facebook page for any unforeseen office closures.
